Spike & Dig is scheduled at the Merkel Complex August 4-5, 2012

Spike & Dig Celebrates 21 Years

Spike & Dig is the largest co-ed outdoor Six-On-Six volleyball tournament in the United States. Spike & Dig is an action packed weekend of fun for the entire family. There are adult divisions, High School divisions, and Junior High division.

Free Parking

No overnight parking or tent camping. Dry RV & trailer parking will be permitted at $20.00 per day.

The city of Spokane will be charging and enforcing a $10.00 10'x10' per shade tent/trash fee. Tent permits can be purchased Friday at Packet Pickup & Saturday at the Master Scoreboard. Teams/Players will be able to setup shade tents starting Friday after 5:00pm. Shade tents will only be permitted on the grass fields only.

Coolers & ice chests will be permitted.

The softball complex adjacent to the grass soccer field will be hosting a softball tournament

so all softball fields will be off limits during Spike & Dig.

The synthetic (soccer/football) fields will be used for special activities

that are planned during Spike & Dig weekend.

No outdoor barbeques or open flames will be permitted

anywhere on or around the Merkel Sports Complex, including Joe Albi stadium parking lot.

Pets or any tobacco products will not be permitted

Whatever your skill level there is a competitive play for everyone at Spike & Dig.
